“Station Square” is a 5-story, 50-unit, mixed-use building located directly adjacent to the Chelten Avenue railroad line station. The project is highlighted by ground floor commercial space and a tenant amenity lounge and roof deck on the 5th Floor. The project was completed in approximately 18 months from start to finish and complements the significant enhancement and development of the area.
