This project includes the construction of 61 residential units over ground floor retail space in a very logistically tight site in the heart of the Old City neighborhood of Philadelphia. The location, previously a parking lot, becomes a “5 over 2” podium, or the construction of 5 floors of Type 3A (fire treated) exterior over 2 floors of structural steel/concrete deck. A vast improvement for the neighborhood! This 7-story, white brick modern building with historical notes will also feature a roof deck with views of the Ben Franklin Bridge and the city. Sure to make for some incredible sunset viewing!
