“The Elm” is a 110 Unit New Construction mixed-used building with 5, ground-floor commercial spaces and 40 parking spaces tucked under the rear of the building. Within walking distance to Saint Joseph’s University, in the historical Overbrook neighborhood of Philadelphia, it was important that historical design and construction components were included in this project. The exterior façade of stone arches, brick unit masonry, and stone cornices highlights the craftsmanship of these historic features and fits in perfectly with surrounding architecture.
