The Royale is a modern, 77-unit building in the Roxborough neighborhood of Philadelphia. The 6910 Ridge Avenue building was designed by M Architects and developed by Stamm Development Group. The four-story structure includes a parking lot on the ground floor, while its top three floors are adorned with brightly colored cladding, creating an eye-catching sight for passers-by. The structure’s most prominent feature is its windows, which vary in width, allowing natural light to permeate the interior.
