Bryan is a seasoned Project Manager with more than twenty years of experience in property rehabilitation and urban infill residential new construction in the tri-state area. Before joining Tester Construction Group he served as SVP of Site Acquisition and Development for Anchorage Development, a locally-owned and independent construction company based in Philadelphia.
His diverse portfolio of projects ranges from the conversion of a 15,000 sq. ft. former organ factory into an expansive advertising agency in Trenton, NJ to overseeing the first-ever modular row home construction in Fishtown.
Prior to his career in building and construction, Bryan was Vice President of Business Development at TD Bank. He developed and maintained key client relationships for one of the largest branches in Philadelphia, developing new business lines with many retail, small business, and commercial clients.
Through it all, Bryan’s retail banking management experience has made him a firm believer in a solutions-based mentality. That mentality paired with years of development experience gives him a unique ability to skillfully navigate the wide range of challenges associated with property acquisition in the metro Philadelphia market, including zoning, renovation, and resale. He deeply values his network of expert local subcontractors, tradesmen, and realtors, and enjoys working with them to creatively respond to the ever-evolving budget and market conditions.
