Senior Project Manager
Mike Tillou has over 25 years of construction experience in Project Management and Engineering. Mike brings a strong technical expertise as well as diverse project background, managing industrial, healthcare, commercial, retail, educational and post-secondary education projects. These projects include the Pentagon Heating and Refrigeration Plant and Pentagon Tri-Service Clinic in Virginia, 8 Tower Bridge, Lehigh Valley Mall Expansion, Sands Casino Bethlehem, Kimmel Center in Philadelphia, Frances Willard Elementary School in Philadelphia, Rutgers School of Nursing and Science in Camden, NJ and WARB project for University of Penn/Wharton Business School.
Prior Tester Construction Group, Mike served as a Project Engineer/Assistant PM with The Bell Company in MD for 6 years. During this time, he managed various projects at the Pentagon and National Institutes of Health. Following The Bell Company, Mike worked as a Project Manager for Shoemaker Construction in W. Conshohocken, PA for over 7 years managing projects for clients such as Oliver Tyrone Pulver, Arthur Ashe Youth Tennis, Simon Property Group and Sands Casino Resort. After Shoemaker, Mike served as Project Manager for Hunter Roberts in their Philadelphia office for over 12 years. At Hunter Roberts, he managed projects for clients such as The Philadelphia School District, Camden County College and Rutgers University, Brandywine Real Estate Trust and The University of Pennsylvania.
Mike holds and Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Norwich University, is OSHA 30 Certified and a LEED Accredited Professional. When not at work, he can be found working on endless home improvement projects, spending time outdoors and trying to keep up with two active kids.
