Alex has over 35 years’ experience in the construction industry, spanning roles in the trades, property management, and as a General Contractor. His extensive background covers both commercial and residential projects, with specialized certifications in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
Throughout his career, Alex has successfully managed multimillion-dollar new development projects from New York to Florida, overseeing hundreds of millions of dollars in construction work. His leadership experience includes owning and operating his own general contracting firm, as well as holding senior positions with major organizations such as IBM and South Florida State Hospital.
