Brandon Saner is the Director of Purchasing / Project Executive for TCG and is focused on being a bridge between Preconstruction and Operations for their multifamily new construction projects in Philadelphia. Brandon has 10 years of project/construction management experience and has successfully managed the entire construction process to complete multiple multifamily, residential, commercial, health care, and higher education projects in New Jersey and Philadelphia. Notable projects include the Susskind Almallah Eye Center in New Jersey, the Cheesquake Fire Company firehouse in New Jersey, dorm renovations at Georgian Court University, the Brubox in Philadelphia, the Nook in Philadelphia, the Maven in Philadelphia, and a diverse portfolio of custom beach homes along the Jersey shore.
Brandon’s key roles for TCG include managing project managers and superintendents in the buyout process, training employees on how to utilize construction software and how it transitions to project goals, setting up purchasing protocols, setting procurement goals for project teams, serving as a bridge between estimating and operations, and performing field visits to see how the project plan is working. Brandon graduated from Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology with an Associate Degree in Carpentry Technology and is OSHA 30 Certified. Brandon is looking forward to strengthening the TCG team by sharing his knowledge and experience while working to reach project goals.
