As TCG’s Chief Legal Officer, Dan serves as a strategic advisor across all areas of the business including preconstruction, operations, finance, and executive leadership. He leads TCG’s contract negotiations, corporate governance, compliance, and risk management providing clear, business-forward guidance that keeps projects moving and supports the company’s continued growth. Dan brings a practical, partnership‑driven approach to every stage of a project’s lifecycle ensuring teams have the tools they need and empowering them to make informed decisions in real time. He also proudly oversees TCG’s weekly basketball run, The TCG‑League.
Before joining TCG, Dan spent more than 15 years practicing construction law at one of the nation’s leading construction law firms, advising construction industry members through complex projects and disputes.
Outside the office, Dan enjoys time with his family, coaching youth basketball, and traveling.
