Vince has over 14 years of experience in the construction industry since beginning his career as an estimator for Hunter Roberts. As Senior Project Manager, Vince is responsible for ensuring all aspects for a successful project completion, in line with the project’s budget and schedule. Vince brings with him his strong leadership skills and management abilities to successfully facilitate daily construction operations including trade coordination, pre-task planning, scheduling, submittals, and coordination with the design team. Vince is the daily point-of-contact for the client, subcontractors, and all vendors on behalf of TCG throughout the construction phase. Quality control and safety will be of the highest priority in all daily activities. Vince has estimated and budgeted for several multi-million-dollar projects in Philadelphia and New Jersey and has completed numerous large volume mixed-use/residential, hospitality and healthcare projects as a Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager in the Philadelphia Region. Vince is a graduate of Drexel University and holds a B.S. in Architectural Engineering with a structural concentration. He is OSHA30 and First Aid/CPR certified.
