This project involves the renovation and transformation of the Pennington Building into District Offices, with ancillary classrooms. After years of non-use, the new design’s modern functionality ensures that the Pennington Building meets the district’s current needs providing state-of- the-art facilities for students and staff. It also includes the new construction of a Field House, Storage Building, and related site work, which includes the development of Athletic Fields enhancing educational and extracurricular opportunities and experiences.
