The North Brandywine Middle School project for the Coatesville Area School District delivers a modern educational facility designed to support sixth, seventh, and eighth grade students through dedicated academic wings and collaborative learning environments. As a primary education general contractor, TCG is providing construction management and general contracting services for this large-scale middle school construction project in Pennsylvania. The new facility includes centralized shared spaces such as an auditorium, cafeteria, gymnasium, and media center designed to enhance student engagement and campus connectivity.
The $54.4 million North Brandywine Middle School project is being completed in multiple phases. As a result, TCG can minimize disruption and maintain safe operations throughout the active school campus.
Additionally, the exterior facade combines stone veneer, metal panels, curtain walls, and translucent architectural elements. This design creates a modern and durable educational facility.
