30,000 SF full interior and exterior renovation of an existing warehouse building into Class A office space. The exterior work included the complete window replacement, new roofing systems, and exterior masonry/ waterproofing repairs. The interior of the building was completely gutted with structural repairs required. $4M, completed January 2021.
