This project includes the full renovation of a historic existing warehouse into a mixed-use building including 22 apartment units and over approximately 10,000 SF of commercial space. TCG completed all of the commercial fitout work for each of the tenants on the ground floor of the building. These commercial fitouts included restaurant and hospitality tenants such as Antimatter Distillery, Essen Bakery, and Sacred Vice Brewery. The project also included a full window replacement with historic windows and.a masonry restoration of the existing brick façade per the City of Philadelphia’s historic requirements.
Overall the project was approximately $7 million and was completed in November 2023.
