TCG completed the renovation of an existing warehouse facility for Greyhound Transportation’s maintenance operations.
This project included the addition and renovation to an existing warehouse building which was structurally compromised.
A new bus depot and office facility was built for Greyhound’s maintenance team and their Philadelphia fleet. This project
included new exterior parking areas, sitework, and landscaping for the facility. All new underground utilities were required to be brought to the facility given the change of use. Greyound also has their bus depot on this site which required wash down and repair stations for their local bus fleet. The existing warehouse was structurally compromised, so new structural steel and foundations were retrofitted within the existing structure prior to the interior renovations on the building. The project also included a full interior fit-out for the Greyhound staff which included bathrooms, a new locker room, and complete office space. Completed in December 2022, the project was approximately a $3M contract for TCG.
