Full renovation to an existing office building called the Greentree Office Plaza in Malvern, PA. The existing building is approximately 60,000 SF and needed to be renovated while commercial tenants were occupying many of the spaces of the building. TCG performed full window replacements (over $500,000 of window work), building façade repairs, new roofing systems, mechanical system upgrades, and a full interior renovation to the building. TCG also performed tenant fitouts for multiple tenants within the building including Station Partners Co-Working and Rhino Cable Services office space. $5M ; completed October 2022.
