TCG completed the 3,000 SF fit-out of a brewery and restaurant space for “Rybrew” in the Brewerytown neighborhood of Philadelphia. This project included all new MEP systems within an existing structure for the restaurant operations. This included new sewage ejector pumps, grease traps, and the installation of kitchen equipment. The space was broken up into areas for individual dining/sales and also a catering area for larger food production and gatherings. $1M; completed November 2022.
