“The Peak at Scotts Lane” is a 220-unit residential project featuring four separate buildings. The overall construction is approximately 240,000 square feet of high-end residential apartment and amenity spaces. The project has been broken up into two phases, with the first phase including the majority of the site infrastructure work and the construction of 132 Units. The sitework component alone was a multimillion-dollar scope of work for all new utilities, stormwater management basins, and retaining walls.
